Hope and Glory Studios, LLC is excited to announce that the Boylan Sisters, Alexandra Boylan and Andrea Polnaszek, have signed on to direct the highly anticipated film, “Running with Jack Scissors” with production set for Summer 2025. This partnership brings together the talented production team from Hope and Glory Studios with the Boylan Sisters, celebrated for their string of successful young-adult feature films. The Boylan Sisters will be directing the film, bringing their distinctive style and emotional depth to the project
“Running with Jack Scissors” follows the compelling journey of Megan, a high school cross-country runner, who encounters the enigmantic Jack Scissors, a teenage boy and raving fan of the legendary Steve Prefontaine. The film delves into themes of grief, identity and family relationships, promising an emotional and thought-provoking experience for audiences.
